Therapeutic YOGA (TY)
Reduces stress, releases muscle and physical tension, minimizes depression, anxiety and addictions. Realigns the skeletal structure and avoids joint problems relieving physical ailments like knee pain, back pain, etc.

Dynamic yoga (DY)
Makes the body strong, fit and flexible, detoxing. Ideal for those whom enjoy a strong yoga practice.

Fun Yoga for children (CHY)
Improves concentration, motor functions, promotes a healthy growth of body and mind. (Ages from 6 to 11 years old).

Yoga for teenagers.(TN)
Improves self-confidence, aligns the body to avoid health problems in adult life, improves self esteem. (Ages from 11 to 18 years old.)

Meditation classes (M)
Vedantic and Buddhist meditation sessions to learn how to deal with daily life challenges like stress, anger, anxiety, addictions, painful emotions, depression.
