Can I come to Yoga class if I´m a complete beginner?
Yes. Yoga is an easy practice, and it´s mastery comes with time. Don´t worry, the teacher always gives different options throughout the class for beginner students and those who have practiced longer.
What should I bring to the class?
You don´t need to bring anything, although comfortable clothes and a personal yoga mat are advisable. If you are coming to a meditation class, bring a small blanket, or cushion to sit on comfortably.
Can I eat before the class?
For yoga, try to leave a gap of at least 2 hours in between. For meditation just try not to eat heavily so you don´t get sleepy or feel heaviness when you meditate.
How many days should I practice yoga in order to feel its beneffits?
The best is to practice every day, although if you don´t have time you should practice a minimum of twice a week.
